I had a friend many years ago who had every album from this band. I just thought they were " middle of the road " for the most part , but parts of this song seemed " different ".

wow yeah. their whole Thundersteel album was great, too bad so obscure. I used to collaborate with a guitarist who roadied for Riot back then. Burn The Sun and Turn The Tables from their Through The Storm albums are pretty sweet too, I think.
