Title: Unleashed FURY.........
Description: ...against PCs
Muramasa - April 29, 2009 04:27 AM (GMT)
I couldn't put any of my music stuff in Youtube or Myspace.
And it makes me angry. So angry. Why are PCs so f··cking frustrating??!!! I wonder if you feel like this sometimes. No matter what I do: recording songs, trying to put some music on line, trying to convert music into mp3, or just changing an avatar... I always mess it up!!!!!!
Can't they explain things better??? Can't they do things easier to use for EVERYONE??? Or is that I am more stupid that anyone who can do that things????? I study japanese, I think all you need is time, but with PCs it's different... WHAT A HUGE PILE OF CRAP!!!!!
Look at MySpace: you have to know HTML code to handle with it!!!! Who the hell made it?? What were they thinking?????? What a bunch of D-MB-SSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Playing guitar is hard enough, and now I have to handle with this kind of CRAP!!!!!!!!!! (I like Sinclair Spectrum Basic, but that was different and logic!!) WTF!!!!
DaaaaaMMN I am FURIOUS!!!!!! I always have to ask someone for EEEEEEVERYTHING!!!!!
I feel like cutting the monitor into pieces!!!!!!!!!
I HATE PCS!!!!!
F:::::::::::CK all PCs!!!!
F:::::::::::CK THEM!!!!!!!
F:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::CK THEM!!!!!
----I know it's bad when a foreigner speaks like this in a non native language, which is my case, so... ME CAGUEN TODOS LOS ORDENADORES Y EN LA PUTA MADRE QUE LOS HIZO.----

LOL!!! :lol: An option yeah but not advisable. Computers can be very irritating akin to dealing with banks and Paypal I suppose. I suggest you take a computer course if you can fit it in mate.
jonnyhippo - April 29, 2009 02:12 PM (GMT)
paypal are scum - one day, £430 was taken from my account for a payment to someone i never met or had any dealings with. I eventually got my money back after 2 months, no explanation, no apology, nothing.
A necessary evil if you use evilbay.

Agreed on the paypal thing. Between them and ebay you now lose in the region of 12.5% of your final value fee,
At the minute I'm in contact with a web designer from Manchester who is currently working on a website to dispense with all those ebay/paypal fees. He is designing a site for musicians to sell their gear which will be free to advertise and buy on. This guy is a professional web designer who has designed websites for TV shows so he knows what he's doing. Hopefully it'll take off but we won't know until it's up and running. There are a lot of obstacles to overcome including getting the word out there for it. I suppose you'll never find out if these things will work until you actually give it a shot.

oh ID that sounds like it'd be really awesome! Ebay is such a pain in the ass. and Paypal.

what you have to understand is that programming IS multiple languages, and they are extremely hard to learn. I hate to be a prick, but it sounds you have almost no computer knowledge if you can't even change an avatar or convert things to mp3. Changing formats isn't as easy as changing the ending of the file name, you have to acquire converters etc. You are used to linguistic languages, and computer languages are not the same at all, and it does take time, a lot of it. Sinclair Spectrum Basic, is for one almost 40 years old, and you can't say computer languages aren't logical, because they have to be because computers are the most logical thing there is.

Just thank whatever deity you worship you don't have a mac and leave it at that.

I agree, computers roots are logic itself, but maybe some programs aren't too much clear.
Sorry. I was very pissed off!
It seems some patience and a bit knowledge on computers is needed to do things like putting music online, and also choosing the right web page.
I think creators of new music-pages could achieve some success since there are not many of those pages at all; the easier to handle they make, the most popular it will be (in my opinion).
With computers, I am too bad...like a 60 years person. I can only do basic things: at least I recorded some music. With time, I suposse anyone can use them, but it's so annoying sometimes; luckily my sister comes here sometimes.
Smashing a guitar in a PC...! I'm sure the result would be my guitar totally broken and the computer with no damage at all.
Computer's victory (again!)

I hear you man, but it's just that it takes so much time, money and effort to write the programs to make things easier that most people just don't bother.

Check out Bandcamp, for a really simple-to-use and well thought-out music site. I can't wait for them to add more features.
Myspace is a disaster, even for people that know computers well. Although they are improving (by copying facebook, hehe).

Thanks. Anyway, I had problems with it:
They ask me for a folder in which the songs are, but when opening the folder to add one, the list of songs does not appear. I close the page, open the folder again and they are here as usual. :blink:
---Well I noticed they don't accept mp3. It tooks ages but I added a song, so thank you very much!!

There's plenty of bad tutorials on computer matters, specially in YT.
Please, when you explain something related with computers to someone who says is an ignorant on the matter, assume he KNOWS NOTHING, START FROM SCRATCH, DON'T SAY ANY CONCEPT ASSUMING HE OR SHE WILL KNOW IT; don't make him lose more time reading another useless tutorial.
Damn. DAMN. DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give a guitar lesson to some of those "tutorial cheap-writers guys" I would made them feel as if they were complete stupids until they leave the room crying and shouting... Then I'll stab them. :angry:
Acousolysis - June 16, 2009 10:08 AM (GMT)
Care to link to a site with some of your stuff, Muramasa? I'm eager to hear it.
Muramasa - June 17, 2009 02:58 AM (GMT)
It's not very much, there is a link there with some songs I sung some time ago.
http://hitonami.bandcamp.com/track/ave-f-nixI don't have nothing online with guitar, only some long improvisations with other musics and bad quality sound (and playing?...) recordings, hope to post something worth hearing as soon as I record it, but it's being difficult...!
Acousolysis - June 17, 2009 10:01 AM (GMT)
Hey, man, you do great as a power metal type of singer!
Muramasa - June 18, 2009 01:06 AM (GMT)
Glad to hear it, thanks...! I really like 80's metal voices, I only tried to do something like that.
