I'm actually from Georgia (United States) not really any neo classical metal bands down here but there is a good amount of southern, and heavy metal (by "heavy" i mean darker vocals & down tuned guitars). I heard "Icarus Dream Fanfare" by Malmsteen and I'm not looking back. :D
