Anything that involves fingerpicking. I can only use my thumb and index finger to bluff my way through some pieces. Then again I've never really practised the technique that much but it can get complex!! ;)

Far Beyond the Sun from Yngwie Malmsteen though I'm sure there are harder songs to learn.

Maybe it's "Trilogy", but I improvise and vary the main solo -not the intro-, so I can't really say I play that song.
Or "Magdalena", a bossa whose chord changes and right hand technque are pretty hard.
