It's time to start looking around. Try the guitars and pick the one that feels best.
You can get a load of good guitars for 700 bucks; you should always get the guitars used if possible. A guitar bought new from a retailer will cost you a lot more than its worth. Besides, there's the chance of finding a guitar with upgraded pickups.
That said, according to what you described, you're probably going to get an Ibanez - unless you like the brick wall necks of Schecters and others. The stock pickups on Ibanez guitars are horrible, even disgraceful. Finding a pair of reasonable pickups is the first step to finding that good tone.
However, you're not going to get that wonderful the tone with just the guitar: you need to find an amp to back you up. And even if you could afford all of this stuff, you ought to keep your head cool: you're not going to sound like Becker after 8 months or playing, not even after a year or two or five. It's going to take a lot of dedication and time spent.

Hi and welcome to the Forum. You should be able to pick up a pretty good guitar for the price you mentioned. It may be wise though to look for a used mid range Ibanez like an RG550, RG560, RG570, RG770 etc that has upgraded pickups in it like DiMarzio's or Seymour Duncans. Are you from America by the way?
I was interested to hear that you intend to practice for 10-12 hours a day. I think it's more about what you practice as opposed to how long you practise for that counts. Try and establish a structured practice regime for yourself. Bear in mind that playing for 10-12 hours everyday could be damaging to your hands. Remember to warm up properly too. I wish you well!! :)

LOL!
You're going to break your hands if you suddenly start to play lots of hours!
But if you have that will, you will play really good. Four hours each day should be enough to play well in not too much time.

In that case, I suggest you find a teacher as soon as you can. Expensive classes are not needed, just someone who can play better than you.
If you want to be a pro, please strive for it everyday!
