For those who like to hear new bands from time to time, here is my suggestion: the album "El Llanto de un Héroe" (1999), by the band Avalanch.

Very melodic and great compositions. Certainly they don't focuse on solos, but in songs and rithm combinations, playing classical instruments from time to time. Fine guitar work there. The singer has a powerful voice and very good technique. Unfortunately, he left the band some years ago.

They talk about historic facts and characters, but also have poetic lyrics. All exceptional except for the cover draw!
