i vote ibanez, have never found a neck quite like the Wiz. The Jackson necks come close tho, but just a little different.

The most important thing for me when choosing a guitar is easily the feel of the neck and my favourite necks by a big margin are the Ibanez Wizard necks. For me they are the thinnest and most comfortable to play on. I've owned guitars by all the manufaturers on that list with the exception of Dean and Schecter and I can safely say that my fave is Ibanez.
My fave Ibanez guitars are from the J Custom range. Other great guitars I own/have owned are Ibanez RG550, Ibanez RG770DX, Ibanez Jem, Kramer Nightswan, ESP Mirage, ESP Horizon, Caparison Horus
Guitars I don't like: Gibsons....don't like the baseball bat necks!! Deans, Most BC Rich apart from the Gunslinger range, Weird or V Shaped guitars.

Ibanez, especially the 7-strings.
