Title: Buckethead

Lately, I've been concentrating toward Buckethead's older stuff. He did some crazy stuff. His tone was as perfect as Paul's Racer X tone.
He had these crazy sounds. Listen to the solo on The 13th Scroll.
I can't even describe the sound.

He's quite a hilarious guy (his movies reminds me of Jackass and Bam Margera's stuff) but is a musical genius. Even Shawn Lane admits it.

This song is quite unique because at the end you can hear Jason's dramatic breathing.

Found another song.

There's no doubting that he's got talent. I suppose you can't fault the guy for trying to be different. He certainly plays some weird sh*t. Reminds me of Shawn Lane and more recently Ron Thal.

All he needs to do now is get rid of that stupid f**kin' bucket and start behaving like a grown up. I can't stand all that pretentious 'Look at how weird and far out I am' crap!!! ;)

Ah, he wears the bucket because of stage fright. Originally at least, he may or may not have gotten over that since then but still wears it anyway since that's kind of his name sake.

Actually the reason he wears the bucket is to display the weirdness of his music. He once said that he couldn't just be himself on stage because he doesn't express his music. So he dresses up. I understand that. Totally like an actor. I guess no one can really blame him to actually think of something that smart.

If you see his older performances, it cracks me up. Check out Giant Robot II.

Listen to his calmer stuff like his album, Colma. Pretty good stuff.

and more recently Ron Thal.

Funny thing is they are actually the same age. Except Big B is born a couple months before his.
