Jason Becker - Opus Pocus - Also fairly simple besides some sweep picking (which is pretty easy to learn), a great example of neoclassical metal.

Yngwie Malmsteen - Black star - Somewhat difficult but is mostly harmonic minor and minor, try learning sections at a time at half speed.

Far Beyond the Sun - Yngwie Malmsteen, just an amazing song, really helps the chops and the solo just ripps
