Man I must have been living under a rock for the past 20 that was my 1st listen to him but most def not my last :) That was some near perfect playing! Sweet 9½ out of 10 :)
I bought a catalog from Shrapnel back in the 80's and thats how I got turned on to new guitar players, some sucked (Bernrd Stidel) but most rocked, this next guy was not really neo-classical but his playing was nice, he did try once to attempt an Yngwie type song (sounds like Yngwies Liar to me) but this song has some nice guitar work in it! Enjoy
:D

Ozzy Osbourne - Revelation (Mother Earth)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGzNoCNfMlA
IbanezDaemon - November 18, 2009 09:09 PM (GMT)
Excellent track from Ozzy. There is a dark quality about Ozzy's frist 2 solo albums that he's never quite managed to recapture since. 10/10 for that tune.
Next up is Dragonland with Holy War:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUP6LlIloXABelieve it or not I've been chatting with one of the guitarists from this band by email over the last 2 days as he's interested in buying a guitar from me. :D
njrusmc - November 18, 2009 09:57 PM (GMT)
Great tune ID. The song got a little repetitive for my tastes, but the lead work was very refreshing. Unique with a variety of techniques, good mix of harmonization, and great ending transition back into vocals. 8/10
More Rob Marcello ... Insomnia!

10/10 for the awesomeness that is Hangar 18 but the music video for that song is ridiculous, it's almost as bad as the cantina scene from the original Star Wars. ::D
